Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and transparent guidelines on billing and cancellations.

At Trackkr.app (a DBA of DTLA Professional Services, LLC), we offer a robust, free-forever Base Plan so that property managers can fully test our parcel management software before committing financially. Because of this "try before you buy" approach, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

1. Premium Subscriptions (Web / Stripe)

If you upgraded your account via our web application (processed securely through Stripe):

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid billing period.
  • Forgetfulness: Forgetting to cancel your subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

2. Premium Subscriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play)

If you upgraded your account directly through the Trackkr mobile app using your Apple ID or Google Play account, your billing relationship is strictly with those respective app stores.

We do not have the technical or legal ability to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. You must request refunds directly through Apple or Google, and your request will be subject to their individual refund policies.

3. SMS Credit Allowances & Bundles

Trackkr.app provides two types of SMS credits, which are handled differently:

  • Monthly Plan Allowances: The SMS credits included automatically in your free Base Plan or paid Premium Plan are provided on a "use it or lose it" basis. Any unused monthly SMS balance does not roll over to the next month and does not accrue.
  • Purchased SMS Bundles: Consumable SMS credit bundles purchased separately are final and non-refundable. These purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active, allowing you to use them at your own pace alongside your monthly allowance.
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your Trackkr account will permanently erase your remaining SMS credit balance (both monthly and purchased), and no refund will be provided for unused credits.

5. Billing Errors & Double Charges

We use industry-leading payment processors to ensure accuracy, but technical errors can occasionally happen. If you believe you have been double-charged or billed in error due to a technical glitch on our end, we will make it right.

Please report any suspected billing errors within 14 days of the transaction date so we can investigate and process a correction.
