Trackkr.app is a DBA of DTLA Professional Services, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Trackkr.app website or use our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Data Controller vs. Data Processor: For the purposes of global privacy laws, Trackkr.app acts as a Data Processor regarding tenant data entered into our system. The property manager or building owner using our Service acts as the Data Controller.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service:

Account Information: Name, business email address, business name, and secure authentication credentials.
Tenant Data: Names, unit numbers, email addresses, and phone numbers entered by the property manager to facilitate automated parcel notifications.
Payment Information: We do not store full credit card details on our servers. All subscription payments and in-app purchases are processed securely by our third-party payment processors.
Device and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, mobile device identifiers, and diagnostic data logged by our analytics providers to ensure Service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process transactions, manage app store subscriptions, and send related billing information.
Send automated parcel delivery notifications (via Email and SMS) to tenants on behalf of the property manager.
Analyze app usage trends and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted third-party vendors strictly for the purpose of operating the Service:

Google Cloud & Firebase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
Google Analytics: For tracking app usage, user behavior, and performance metrics.
RevenueCat: For managing cross-platform in-app purchases and subscription entitlements.
Stripe: For secure web payment processing.
Twilio & SendGrid: For the delivery of SMS text messages and email notifications.

We do not sell your personal data or your tenants' personal data to data brokers or advertising networks.

European Economic Area (GDPR) & UK

If you are a resident of the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, and request data portability. We process data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or your consent. To exercise your rights, please contact us via our support portal.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. You have the right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Trackkr.app does not sell personal information.

Canada (PIPEDA)

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We ensure that any personal information collected is used solely for the purposes identified at the time of collection and is protected by appropriate security safeguards.

5. Data Retention and Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including encryption and secure server architecture via Google Cloud, to protect your data. We retain Account Information for as long as your account is active. To comply with data minimization principles, any account that remains dormant without logging in for a period exceeding 60 days may be automatically suspended, and eventually deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.

Apple App Store: By downloading the Trackkr mobile application via the Apple App Store, you agree to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Google Play Store: By downloading the app via Google Play, your usage is also subject to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat: In-app subscription handling is subject to the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
