At Trackkr.app (a DBA of DTLA Professional Services, LLC), we take the security of your financial data as seriously as the security of your building's parcel logistics. We recognize that property managers require enterprise-grade protection when processing payments.

1. We Do Not Store Your Credit Card Data

Trackkr.app is designed so that your raw, sensitive payment information never touches our servers. When you enter your credit card information to upgrade your subscription or purchase SMS credit bundles, that data is transmitted directly via encrypted tokenization to our payment processor.

• We do not store your full credit card number.
• We do not store your CVV / CVC security code.
• We do not process transactions directly on our own databases.

2. Our Payment Processor: Stripe

For all web-based transactions and subscription billing, we utilize Stripe, Inc. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

3. In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)

If you purchase a Premium subscription directly through the Trackkr mobile application, the transaction is handled entirely by the respective app store:

• Apple App Store: Processed via your Apple ID. We utilize RevenueCat to securely verify your subscription status without ever accessing your Apple payment methods.
• Google Play Store: Processed via your Google account using Google's secure billing infrastructure.

4. Ongoing Security Audits

While we rely on Level 1 PCI-compliant providers to handle raw payment data, we also maintain strict security protocols for our own application architecture. Trackkr.app utilizes Google Cloud and Firebase, which undergo regular SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 security audits to protect your account credentials and business data.
