The information and services provided by Trackkr.app (a DBA of DTLA Professional Services, LLC) are for general operational and informational purposes only. By utilizing our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability.

1. Parcel and Delivery Liability Disclaimer

Trackkr.app provides software solutions to log, track, and notify tenants of deliveries. We are a software provider, not a courier, logistics company, or physical security firm.

Under no circumstances shall DTLA Professional Services, LLC be held liable or responsible for:

Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged parcels, packages, or mail.
The physical security of the mailroom, front desk, or package storage areas.
Errors made by property managers, staff members, or delivery drivers when scanning or logging items into the system.
Disputes between property management, tenants, and third-party delivery carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon).

2. Notification and Communication Reliability

Our Service automates the sending of Email and SMS text notifications to tenants. While we strive for instant delivery utilizing enterprise-grade communication partners (such as Twilio and SendGrid), we cannot guarantee that every message will be successfully delivered.

Notifications may be delayed, blocked, or dropped due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Cellular carrier outages, SMS filtering, or spam blocking mechanisms.
Incorrect or outdated tenant contact information entered into the system.
Aggressive email spam filters or full tenant inboxes.

Trackkr.app is not liable for any consequences resulting from a tenant failing to receive or read a delivery notification in a timely manner (such as perishable goods spoiling or time-sensitive documents being delayed).

3. "As-Is" Software Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Planned maintenance, software bugs, or unexpected server downtime may occasionally occur.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service relies on third-party integrations, including Stripe for payment processing and Google Firebase for database hosting. We make no representations or warranties regarding the continuous availability or performance of these third-party platforms. Any interruption in their services may temporarily affect the functionality of Trackkr.app.
