Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. Here is how to completely remove your data.
At Trackkr.app, you have full control over your data. You can delete your account, your business profile, and all associated tenant data directly from within the mobile app or by submitting a request to our support team.
Method 1: Immediate In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Trackkr mobile app. This process is instant and cannot be undone.
- 1 Open the Trackkr app and log into your account.
- 2 Navigate to the Settings tab.
- 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account button.
- 4 Confirm your decision when prompted.
Method 2: Web Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile app or your device, you can request that we manually delete your account and all associated data from our servers.
Please submit an "Account Deletion" request through our secure support portal. Make sure to provide the exact email address associated with your Trackkr account.

What happens when you delete your account?
- Your secure authentication credentials will be permanently removed.
- Your business profile, settings, and remaining SMS credits will be erased.
- All tenant data, parcel logs, and delivery histories will be permanently wiped from our secure database.
- Stripe payment histories will be anonymized in accordance with financial record-keeping laws.
Because this action is permanent, we cannot recover your tenant data or SMS credit balance once the deletion is processed.
