  • How do I cancel my subscription? If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly in your phone's subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel inside the Trackkr billing dashboard.
  • Can I get a refund for SMS credits? As stated in our Refund Policy, consumable SMS credit bundles are non-refundable. However, they never expire.
  • How do I delete my data? Select "Account Deletion Request" in the form to the left, and provide your exact account email. We will wipe your data within 7 business days.
